[[::EDIT::]] The CSS for the scroll-down menu is defunct, and I've worked out most of the kinks. I will continue to work on that. I am currently trying to reinstate password verification for blog entries.
[[::EDIT II::]] For the most part, I've fixed the navigation bar. I've also finished linking all the scroll-down links, and I added another nifty feature: If you scroll over the link, there will be a small description of the link, so you know what you're going to be clicking on. I've renamed the INFORMATION tab to RESOURCES, and ABOUT to ABOUT US, in order to eliminate the ambiguity, especially when previously comparing "ABOUT" and "INFORMATION". LINK and UPDATE no longer have their individual tabs in the navigation bar. They are now sub-links under the RESOURCES tab. In the next hours or so I will be archiving all our 2008 resources and replacing it with 2009 resources.
[[::EDIT III::]] Corrected many typos, including in Welcome section on front page, as well as dead links, script errors, etc. Opera occasionally reading a parsing error is no longer an issue.
